In whichever way you want to get involved, know that you are making a valuable contribution to the nation’s mental health – as well as helping to support those who have a mental disability.
Make a cash donation – with a direct deposit via payfast or debit order facility. Please send proof of your deposit so that we can thank you for your kind donation and issue a Section 18 A if needed;
Donate gifts in kind – particularly any item from our Wish List on this page;
